Can I choose a date for my kitchen to be delivered and when my project will start?
Yes! We want to support you in making this journey as smooth as possible. So, once the kitchen has arrived at our warehouse from Germany, we can store it until you are ready for it to be delivered to site to commence installation.
Can I see an example of a Flo & Co. kitchen in person before purchasing?
We would be happy to arrange for you to pop into the showroom so we can show you around. Alternatively, we have many existing customers who would be more than happy to welcome you into their homes to view their Flo & Co. Kitchens!
Can we buy a kitchen supply only (no fitting)?
Yes, we can offer both supply only and supply and fit!
Can you design a kitchen for an awkward or odd shaped room?
All our kitchens are designed and ordered specifically for your space. This ensures we maximise the space and its functionality.
Can you design kitchens for small spaces?
We can design kitchens for any space! Be sure to get in touch so we can help and advise you in making little changes that can go a long way to maximise the space.
Can you help us with sourcing other tradesmen?
We have a list of every type of recommended contractor you could ever need for a home renovation project. Alternatively, we can arrange this for you as part of our full project management service.
Do I have to choose the colour and final details for my design straight away?
You don’t have to worry about making any permanent decisions straight away. Once we have the layout finalised, we can play around with the colours and finer details.
Do I have to have my floor laid before getting my kitchen installed?
This depends completely on the type of flooring you decide to go with. Most allow for either option. However, we would advise checking with your flooring suppliers just to be sure!
Do you offer a full project management services?
We are happy to get involved as much or as little as you like. We can manage your project from start to finish, from plumbing to electrics, new flooring to decorating. This is usually the easiest way forward as we can ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible, and you have just one point of contact; us!
Do you offer any trade terms for contractors and developers?
We love working with fellow businesses and can offer a trade discount for contractors and developers.
Do you offer home measurements services?
We offer a free home measure as part of our free design service.
Do you use your own fitters?
We have our own experienced team of fitters who know our products inside out.
How can I make an appointment with a Designer?
You are welcome to pop into the showroom or fill in the form on our website and we will get in touch!
How long is the design process?
Following on from an initial consultation and home survey, we aim to get initial designs over to you within seven days! We then spend time going back and forth perfecting the design, before sending over a quotation for the works.
Is your kitchen design service free?
We offer a free no obligation design service. This includes a consultation at our showroom followed by a home measure. The initial consultation usually lasts an hour as we run through your requirements for the space.
What are your lead times?
Our current lead times are six weeks from order for supply only kitchens. We can arrange our fitting dates to align with your project timeline.
What do I do if I have issues with my kitchen after my purchase?
We are always here to help! No matter what stage of the project you are at, please feel free to get in touch.
What measures do you take to protect the environment?
We ensure to use manufacturers and suppliers who are environmentally conscious. From our cabinetry to our sink and taps. If you would like to know more, get in touch and we can send you some brochures!
Where are Flo & Co. kitchens manufactured?
Our cabinetry is made to order and manufactured in Germany by Nolte.
Who will manage my project?
You will be appointed a designer for your initial consultation who will be your point of contact for the entire process. Making it simple and easy for you.
